CS Youth Athletics
Running is a fundamental skill that builds confidence in children and teenagers, and is often overlooked in the UK education system.
I provide bespoke and highly engaging sessions for youngsters that can teach them the fundamentals of running in a fun atmosphere. I can also provide sessions to those who are aiming to compete.
Depending on the individual, and their level (from beginner through to advanced), the focus of the sessions will be on the basics of movement through a series of games and skill-based activities, helping develop their physical performance, confidence, and enjoyment of sport.
Sessions will also cover goal setting, mentoring, and social development skills.
